Application Of Feng Shui Principles In The Household by Xen ( originally posted 2024 ) - We can understand Feng Shui as being a form of Chinese geomancy used to promote peace and positivity through the intentional placement/manipulation of objects & decor in your surroundings. Our state of mind is oftentimes impacted by what we perceive around us; it only makes sense that we can influence this effect by altering the space we habitat. A clear space makes a clear mind. 1. Consider the size of your bed in relation to the space around it. 2. Place bed facing the door (but not in line with the door). 3.Leave space on all 3 sides of the bed. 4. Get a headboard for the bed; place the headboard on a solid wall. 5. Do not place the headboard against a wall with a toilet on the other side. 6. Don't place the bed under low beams or sloped ceilings if possible. 7. Keep the underside of the bed decluttered. 8. Place a nightstand on each side of the bed. 9. Choose bedsheets carefully. 10. Remove all books from the bedroom. 11. Keep all gym/workout equipment out of the bedroom. 12. Keep plants & flowers present. 13. Cleanse the bedroom. Do not keep mirrors in direct line with the bed. 14. Get adjustable blinds. 15. Keep drawers closed when not in use. 16. Incorporate Feng Shui colors. 17. Use candles and low light lightbulbs whenever possible. 18. Be selective about art. 19. Use eco-friendly materials.

I'm writing this because at one point, I loved you. I loved you so much it burned me from the inside out. I loved you so much I was willing to travel so Hades and back for you like Orpheus. I adored you, I cherished your every word. Your presence brought me solace, illuminating the dark decrepit caverns within the depths of my mind. During one of the most strenuous periods of my life, you were there. I loved you. I didn't grow up. Not fully: I am not an adult in the most definite sense, and it irks me. I have no money, I drown in my vices and addictions, and I am a mess mentally and physically. Though, I want to stand alongside you, With dignity in my eyes and confidence in my stride. That was the goal, the purpose. What kept me moving for a bit, but when the steam began to run out...I began to think to myself. Who do I move forward for? Myself? My family? God? Gold? Glory? I didn't know. In the past, you hurt me. I hated you for it. No razor blade could simulate the burning slicing feel, no needle can replace the stabbing I felt in my stomach, the knots in my throat. The chasms of emotion and knowledge that shine beyond the cracks in the broken wall. The beautiful light radiates fiercely, but is dimmed by the walls of the tomb. Windows to the soul but the blinds have been closed. From thr rooftops i shout and plead for divine intervention, for mercy. It always feels like my cries fall upon deaf cars, one of many amongst a symphony of begging. Cigarette ash dusts my fingertips, smoke drifting into my cycs. Tears no longer fall, a well that may be forever dry. Love becomes a foreign emotion, and tragedy begins to chain me to the bottom of an occan. Drugs And The Right To Body Autonomy by TBC ( 9/27/24 )- the ability to do what one wishes with their own body is a right that belongs to all. there is no power in existence, not even god, that rightfully has the authority to decide what someone does with their own body. to deprive someone of their own choice (in the abstract) is a gross violation of human rights. example; the common practice in law enforcement of punishing people for choosing to use “illegal” or “harmful” substances is completely and utterly unethical. questions such as “is this safe?” “will this cause harm to others?” are completely irrelevant to the subject of body autonomy. drugs are not inherently evil; a chemical doesn’t have a mind of its own, has no concept of right and wrong, and so cannot logically be considered “evil”. drugs are tools, nothing more. a screwdriver can be used as a murder weapon, and yet they are not illegal. as far as talk of epidemics and national crisis goes, i suggest one educate themselves on the origins & underbelly of the War On Drugs before attempting to discuss further. it doesn’t matter if the safety or ethics is debatable. you cannot deprive someone’s ability to make their own choices for themselves and their body without also violating or otherwise infringing on their free will. any and all other arguments made about this are completely detached from the problem and belong in a separate category of discussion, full stop. this belief is applicable across the board as well. i find it ironic that so many people i’ve met in my own personal life belonging to preceding generations, holding strong beliefs about abortion, HRT ect., that also believe drugs ect are rightfully illegal and that nonviolent use of drugs should not go unpunished. a completely hypocritical and dangerous stance to take at best, in my opinion. we don’t get to pick and choose what’s OK and what’s not. this world belongs to all of us. the very second we deprive people of their liberties is the moment we begin to devolve into fascism.
Regarding P2P File Sharing by TBC ( 9/27/24 )- in the postmodern era, peer-to-peer file sharing has become absolutely critical in the fight to preserve world culture and history. as of this very moment, there is media now completely inaccessible without the use of p2p sharing; megacorporations obtain the rights to cornerstone works of literature with the intention of limiting/hoarding access to these works. aging electronic media is at risk of degradation and permanent loss. torrenting/pirating is not a moral or ethical issue by any means. 1. in order to begin torrenting you’ll need to download a bittorrent client. there are multiple options out there however i suggest Qbittorrent for a multitude of reasons, mainly that it is free, easy to find, and open source. once you have access to a client you can use it to download torrent files from your site of choice. internet archive is a great legal example, though the longevity of the site’s existence is now in question. 2. consider using a vpn when downloading torrents for the sake of privacy and security. there are multiple low price options here as well, it may do you well to avoid “free” services such as ProtonVPN. 3.read up on the terms “seeding” and leeching” before torrenting
